CATSKILL — Catskill Central School District’s vision for a new library and a digital media center are proceeding as planned.
Both facilities are just two elements of the district’s ongoing $16.7 million EXCEL Aid project, a state funded program that, when combined with state building aid, provided the entire funding package with zero cost to the taxpayers.
