Second high-speed chase in less than a week

GREENE COUNTY — A Connecticut man is in jail after stealing a car and leading police on a high-speed chase Sunday through five Greene County towns.
Around 6:40 p.m. Sunday, state police attempted to stop a green 1995 Jeep Wrangler that was reportedly stolen and driving erratically in the town of Hunter.
The driver of the Jeep, Dirk Glover, 40, of Riverton, Conn. was subsequently charged with reckless endangerment, third-degree grand larceny, unlawful fleeing a police officer and DWAI-drugs.
