Sleepy Hollow deal earns high grades

COXSACKIE - Officials with the Sleepy Hollow Lake Homeowners Association and Coxsackie Town Supervisor Alex Betke said they were satisfied with the closing of a $1.5 million real estate deal at the gated community that straddles Athens and Coxsackie.

Greene County representatives led by County Attorney Carol Stevens announced the closing of the deal March 7.
